Patrick joined Nielen Schuman from the PwC Corporate Finance team in Auckland, New Zealand. Whilst there he advised on a range of M&A processes, working closely with both founder-owned and PE-backed businesses and often involving international parties. Notable transactions he has advised on include the sale of Education Perfect to KKR, and the sale of Moda Systems to Amcor.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting and a Master's of Applied Finance and Economics from the University of Canterbury.
In his spare time, Patrick enjoys being active: running, hiking, and playing football, as well as exploring new food and wine.
