Nielen Schuman advised us in arranging a new, unsecured capital structure, enabling Boels to further execute our successful growth strategy. They provided significant added value every step of the way. Next to our new bank financing they were able to present various debt capital market alternatives and to line up potential alternative lenders to provide for a much desired diversification of funding. Through a well prepared process, and in good cooperation with the banks, we were able to issue a EUR 170m Schuldschein on the German capital market which was substantially oversubscribed. Nielen Schuman coordinated the process very professionally. Boels is one of the most renowned European rental companies, with a presence in 15 countries, and has a growth rate of 9.4% since 2012, outperforming the economy and the industry. Our new capital structure will further support this growth.
Over the past decade, Nielen Schuman has worked on tens of restructuring cases and successfully restructured around EUR 2 billion of debt, often for private equity held businesses. Given our independent role and expertise, we are the natural choice to intermediate between banks, shareholders and management teams. Please contact us for more information.
